The data collection includes standardized questionnaires Halpyn and Kraft (OCDQ-1963) for organizational atmosphere. In order to examine the internal reliability of the questionnaire, Cronbach's alpha coefficient is used (0/84). In Analyzing the data, Kolmogorov Smirnov test, t test and analyzing variance (ANOVA) were used. The result show that difference between organizational atmosphere of Amol municipality and affiliated organizations is significant (p= 0/000). Among the organizations studied, respectively, the residual (88/35 ± 7/93) and the ICT (55/92 ± 13/52) have the highest and lowest favorable atmosphere organizations. In terms of gender (p = 0/725), marital status (p= 0/268), age groups (p= 0/767), education (p= 0/587), work experience (p= 258) and employment status (p= 0/412) the results show that the correlation between organizational atmosphere and affiliated organizations Tehran Municipality there is no significant difference (p>0/05). Overall, the findings showed that the atmosphere Amol city (      = 75/13) and organizations (  = 77/13) from the ideal distance (  = 100-128).

Abstract

The current research is intended to study the relationship and impact of objective life quality on subjective life quality for the population of more than 15 years of age in Amol County. The required data was collected by using a survey method and questionnaire which were done on a statistical sample of 384 individuals. The descriptive findings indicated that two dimensions including the subjective and objective life qualities and their variables are lower than medium level in the county of Amol. This shows that the situation was not appropriate. The definitional findings showed that all of the hypotheses except the hypothesis for age were confirmed with a confidence level more than 99% and with an error level lower than 1%. The main variables were entered into the model for multiple regression analysis. The value of determination coefficient was 0/483. This indicated that the independent variables were defining 48/3% of the variance and changes in the dependent variables. The value is good. In order to measure the direct and indirect impacts of the independent variables on the dependent variables, the path analysis method was used. The results of the research revealed the importance of simultaneous study, relationship and the impact of the subjective and objective qualities of life instead of using the approaches individually.

Abstract

This paper aims to study the relation between social capital and waste management and the effects of the former on the latter. The statistical population is all families residing in Amol. Among them, 445 people were selected based on the stratified sampling method. The results show that the highest level of disposal behavior refers to the metal waste and the lowest part pertains to the plastic bag of ice cream, chips, cheese puffies and so on. This is a very important finding and can be discussed more in later researches. The correlation coefficient of variables in social capital and waste management is positive. Owing to the fact that social capital makes a norm pressure on social participation, this positive coefficiency was hypothesized in advance. Besides, the more the social trust is among people, the better the waste management will be. In the other words, if people get reassured that all the society is waste managing, they will take part more in it as well.

Abstract

This study seeks to investigate the relationship and impact of place identity and dependence, which are two important dimensions of spatial belonging, to the city among the urban youth of Amol. This research uses the theoretical framework proposed by Lefebvre and operationalizes the concept of the right to the city presented by this thinker, to benefit from the concept of the right to reveal the city and examines its relationship and impact with belonging to a place that has two dimensions of identity and spatial dependence. The study population is 420 young girls and boys living in Amol who were selected using multi-stage sampling technique. Research data analyzed using SPSS and Amos, show that the results of path analysis indicate that among the studied environmental variables, three variables of Place attachment, Place identity, and Place dependence are included in the model. In examining the direct effects of the above variables, it was found that belonging to a place with a beta coefficient of 0. 255 has the greatest effect and place identity with 0. 097 has the least indirect effect.
