Abstract

The city of Zanjan during its ritual is out of its usual state and becomes a stage of a huge and wide play, a play performed by the residents of the city in which the actor and the viewer of the play form a single entity. The questionnaire is structured and after confirming its validity (with a survey of experts) and its reliability according to the quality of cooperation, the statistical population was provided to 170 tourists. In order to develop religious tourism, the index of cultural-religious contexts is very important and special emphasis should be placed on this factor. Because the city of Zanjan has the cultural-religious potential to become a center of ritual and religious tourism. Also, according to the path analysis test, the impact of the index of "cultural-religious contexts" with a value of 0.422 and "social contexts" with a total effect of 0.361 on the development of religious tourism, was more than other indicators. Because, according to the statistical community, the growth of religious beliefs among the people and its acceptance and institutionalization as a superior ideology by society, has led to the formation and development of religious rites.

Abstract

The increasing trend of expectations due to the diversity of demand in the health and treatment services environment, especially in the competitive arena, has turned attention to cultural qualifications as a requirement in the health and treatment field into a serious issue. Therefore, cultural awareness, as a level of this competency, is considered a competitive advantage for public hospitals that offer specialized services to a wide range of clients. Many healthcare institutions are trying to develop these skills through in-service training courses; but this requires knowledge about the level of basic awareness. Based on this, the current research has investigated the level of cultural awareness of nurses with the aim of analyzing the cultural qualifications of nurses. The statistical population of this research is all nurses of the specialized training center of Isfahan educational hospitals, numbering 400 people, of which 196 people have been selected as a sample using the accessible method. The instrument for collecting field data was 36-item questionnaire of the Rew cultural awareness standard (2003), the reliability of its four dimensions was estimated to be higher than 0.7 using Cronbach's alpha. The results show that except for general educational experiences and research issues, in other dimensions, cultural awareness is above the average level. Also, the highest coefficient of influence on cultural awareness belongs to patient care with (0.35), while the highest predictive belongs to general educational experiences (0.214) and research issues (0.207).

Abstract

This study focuses on the cycle of authoritarianism in post-revolutionary Iran. The epistemic foundation of the pattern of authoritarianism dynamics in Iran is the democratization theory. This study claims that the democratization dynamics moves the Iranian society from the authoritarian regime to the democratic transition stage. In this process, the authoritarian regime collapses and the democratic transition period begins.  In a very short time, the process of democratization in the transition zone gets stuck, and then gradually the historical trajectories move it toward authoritarianism. In response to the reproduction of the wave of authoritarianism, a revolutionary movement usually occurs. This movement leads to the collapse of the authoritarian regime. This study claims that a cyclical pattern has been prevalent in Iran during some historical periods. It means that Iran has experienced the democratization of the authoritarian system, but it has alternated back and forth between democratization and the authoritarian regime. The theoretical argument is that the cycle of authoritarianism is explained by a conjunctural causation. The causal conditions are the quality of political institutions and the agency of elites in power and social actors. Society moves towards authoritarianism if political institutions are exclusive and the agency of power elites is based on structural constraints on the opposition and social actors have structural limitations in their strategic choices. This study used a historical approach to the analysis of the authoritarianism cycle.  The analysis resulted in the proposition that if the path of democratic reforms is closed, authoritarians choose the strategy of repression and radical actors choose the strategy of violence. In this case, the dynamics of authoritarianism will gradually lead to the stagnation of power, and then the force of radical actors will move the society toward the collapse of the ruling regime.
