of cultural necessities as a major step toward cultural development planning,
equanimity realization and improvement of social relations is taken into
account. The method of the current study is surveying in which questionnaires
are used for collecting needed information. In this survey, 720 above 15 years
old peoples in Kashan are sampled according to the Cochran formula. Superficial
credit, detecting factor analysis method and Kronbakh alpha factor are used for
validating this survey. According to the measured detecting factor analysis,
studied necessities were divided into four groups: cultural-social,
scientific-instructional, religious and sportive-artificial. Maximum and
minimum values belong to cultural-social necessities with 37.11% average and
religious necessities with 15.01% respectively. The rest are in between.
Average of cultural-social, scientific-instructional and religious necessities
differ with the gender, as women necessities average is more than that of the
men. Cultural-social and sportive-artificial necessities averages are different
based on habitat, so those who live in villages have more necessities. There is
no difference in the other necessities. Although no relation is seen between
education and religious and sportive-artificial necessities, education has
reverse relation with cultural-social and scientific-instructional necessities.
Eventually, artificial-sportive necessities are only increased with increasing
the age of people and there is no relation between the age of the people and
the rest of the necessities.
in prioritization of the studied patterns, family is the first, friends,
teachers, instructors, clergy and Islamic characters are the second and the
other characters (artificial, sportive, political, actors and foreign
sportsman, classmates …) are the third priority according to the respondents’

The rise of the constitutional movement (Mashrootiat) was an introduction to the changes in the traditional society of Iran. This movement (constitution) has led to social and cultural development since it required some orientations to make different groups of people – either intellectuals or illiterates– familiar with the political, social and cultural modernized waves. These orientations were provided through translating European books into Persian, Iranian people’s relationship with people from other countries, intellectual’s knowledge of science and culture, college students and industrial effects, renewal and modernizing the whole country. After the familiarization, there were developments in all aspects of an individual life. During this period, Iran’s literature accepted the cultural changes and developments due to the new ways of social and political activities in the country. In order to be in harmony and adopt these developments for achieving the public’s goal, there was a desire in literature for new method and style considered by the poets and writers. MirzadehEshqi is one of the most active poets and the most effective figure in the literature during the constitutional movement. He realized the need for the change more than others and revealed this important factor in his poems. MirzadehEshqi is a pioneer in applying a new style in Persian poetry while maintaining its origin. During the wave of asking for development and changes, MirzadehEshqi – in his short life – made some changes in the shape, language and content of the poem considered as a significant movement.

Achieving the national and regional development is an ideal desire for any community. Regarding cultural effect on development, the emergence of potentials such as cultural skills and products can significantly improve the social welfare. The main aim of this article is to evaluate the cultural development (i.e., cultural indexes) of Yazd townships during a decade (from 2002 to 2011). This investigation can be considered as an applicable research type and as analytical-descriptive study from methodological viewpoint. To this end, necessary data were obtained from evidence records and library studies, in which a numerical taxonomy technique was used in order to analyze the data. Statistically, the research included 10 townships of Yazd province in 2002 and also 11 townships of this province in 2011 according to the last country political subdivisions and official divisions of province in that year. Based upon the findings of this article, the studies show that the townships of Ardekan, Bahabad respectively in 2002 and 2011 were known as the most prosperous townships, while the townships of Tabas and Yazd were known as the non-prosperous townships. The townships such as Khatam and Tabas were under cultural development level from 2002 to 2011 and they are among non-prosperous townships. The township of Yazd in 2011 due to the high population growth and mismatch Development of cultural indicators with population growth was known as the non-prosperous township. It is necessary for the authorities to consider planning as the central role of this township in Yazd province.

Many studies have investigated the development issue but none focused on the economic development. The role of culture in development is proposed as one of the subjects connected to development as well.This studyis based on the Analytic-Applied research method and the numerical taxonomy usedTopsis models to analyze the results. The required data were collected using the filed study and reviewing the existing literature. Totally, 48 indices are considered to evaluate the cultural development coefficient in Hormozgan Province. The results indicate that Hormozgan is culturally underdeveloped.Based on the Topsis model, results show that the highest and lowest development coefficients are 0.54 (Abomosa) and 0.03(Khamir), respectively. Also, according to the cultural indices estimated by Numerical Taxonomy model, the highest and lowest development coefficient measured 0.66(Bandarabas) and 1.07(Khamir), respectively.Many studies have investigated the development issue but none focused on the economic development. Cultural development is the development of both disability and development, so that other aspects of the development of the field has emerged and is leading the way toward growth and perfection. The Islamic religious community and the cultural values of the teachings of the divine nature constitute, religion and culture are closely interwoven and religion, the heart and pulse of culture and Muslim religious communities. In other words, Islam as a comprehensive religion and culture unit in particular, to respond to all human needs and their claims of life for all human beings. The aim of this study claims that utilizes the spiritual atmosphere and an insight into Islamic religious texts such as the Nahj and using strategic criteria and cultural components proposed by the High Council of Cultural Revolution, the theoretical study and the development of goals and indicators cultural excellence in the light of the words of Imam Ali (as) there. In the field of library and documentation based on, and inspired by the sermons, letters and sayings of Imam Ali (PBUH) remaining index of morality, rationality, justice, identity, capital and social order, unity and solidarity. , intellectual independence and national cultural goods and services, physical and mental health, international relations, human dignity and freedom and family explained, and it was obvious, with the flow of religious teachings in the Muslim culture, Islamic community certainly true glory to establish and to higher stages of development will achieve spiritual and material dimensions.

Educational and cultural services in different regions of Iran have been distributed unequally in such a way that Yazd province has the most and Sistan and Baluchistan province has the least amount of educational and cultural services in national level. Therefore, the present study has been conducted with this objective to identify factors affecting the development of mentioned services, determine the centralism levels of the provinces and predict factors affecting the improvement of the status quo. The method employed in this research is descriptive-analytical which was conducted using models of factor analysis, concentration coefficient, educational services and cultural development indicator (ECDI) and multivariate regression. The findings of the present study indicate that from 64 primary indicators, 49 selective indicators having reduced into 5 significant factors and in sum determine 65.48 percent of the population variance, are effective on the development of educational and cultural services of Iran. In terms of development of desired services, 9 provinces are located in supra-developmental levels, 10 provinces in upper semi-developed level, 4 provinces in lower semi-developed level and 7 provinces in lower-developed level. To reduces the imbalance and inequality among the regions, multivariate regression predicts the proportion of the factor "educational-administrative and student personnel" more than other factors.

This study aimed to assess the impact of agricultural development projects on social isolation. Issues and concerns of the researchers in this study, according perpetrators of development projects on the economy of the local community in particular and the national economy, economic self-sufficiency in agricultural production and optimize the use of water in general and forgetting social and cultural impact of the project, In which called the impact on the local community. Research methodology is based on qualitative approach, strategy of induction and grounded theory made by using techniques of in-depth interviews, participant observation, focus group discussions and researcher five-year lived experience. The sample of research was choice by targeted sampling, to determine the theoretical saturation. Data analysis has been done as well as thematic analysis and the three-step data encoding method. The findings suggest a series of conditions and factors driving strengthen the bond of community with broader communities including urban and rural, and therefore the local community based on the conditions and driving factors removed from social isolation. These findings have been associated with the concepts of Dauers dilemma consolidated view and a confirmation emphasis on its content.

The quality of the interiors of the museums is through arrangement and organizing of elements and forms in the interior of the museums and in order to attract tourists. The purpose of the study was to examine the quality of the museums' interiors on the amount of tourist’s attraction in the process of cultural development. The present research is based on the fundamental and its method based on qualitative and descriptive based on survey. The method of collecting was library and field information and its tools: snipping of documents, questionnaires. Main issue of this research is to examine the impact of the quality of the interior space of museums on the attraction of tourists, which leads to cultural development in the country. The findings of the study showed that the credibility of the museum's space and its attachment are features that enhance the quality of the museums' interiors to attract more tourist in the process of cultural development. Finally, it can be concluded that the interiors of the museums, through the belief and attachment to space, will increase the attractiveness of tourists and the growth of the tourism industry and ultimately lead to the country's cultural development in this direction.

Today, justice and its place are considered as a vital component in social development by theorists. After the revolution In Iran, Positive law is like a support by which we can realize "justice" in different affairs of society. Therefore, in this study, we considered the place of justice in social development with emphasis on Positive law. The main question is where the real place of justice is meaning to give right to the owner in cultural- social development. With the analytic- descriptive method, the study is aimed at considering the place of justice in cultural- social development of human societies, especially Iran by relying on positive law. We considered that not only justice has effect on cultural- social development, but the development is also possible only in this way. On the other hand, regarding that the most important issue considered in Islamic revolution was to perform justice, presenting critic and scientific Viewpoint on the subject is the most effective step toward realizing justice and its effects on development.

One of the main areas of socialization is the strengthening and reproduction of national identity; it is felt more urgent in developing societies than in other societies due to the ongoing political, social and cultural developments. In Iran, attention was paid to national identity simultaneously with the acquaintance of Iranians with the manifestations of Western culture. Meanwhile, poets and writers have played an important role in regenerating and deepening national identity and drawing the boundaries of this identity, and presented many of its components in their poems. The present paper tries to study the ratio of text and political-social elements in the poem of the Constitutional Revolution using the descriptive-analytical method, while highlighting and analyzing the most important components of national identity in the poems of this period, the role of Constitutional Poets in regeneration Explain the national identity.. Also, these poets, influenced by Shahnameh and the dominant discourse in the pre-Constitutional and Constitutional period, emphasized on three components of the common homeland, common history and common language as the most important components of national identity, and the effect of the consolidation of nationalist discourse in Iranian society Have a lot of fun.
