Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of integrated urban management in improving crisis management and improving the quality of public services to citizens. In order to conduct this research, Integrated urban management theory, Urban crisis management theory, Public services theory and the relationship of Integrated urban management theory with Public services theory have been used.The statistical population in this research is the managers of municipal, regional and crescent management organizations in Tehran, which has been studied among 22 managers of 22 areas of Tehran and 28 managers, assistant and director of Red Crescent as the statistical community of choice. To collect information, a questionnaire was used which its validity was confirmed by expert opinions and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha. For data analysis, t-test and multiple regressions were used. Results showed that integrated urban management on crisis preparedness preparedness, the speed of service delivery, and the quality of service delivery, inter-agency coordination, planning and delivery Matte effect is needed in crisis situations.

Abstract

The present study is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of how to collect data, it is a descriptive research of correlational type. The statistical population of the study is 430 teachers of Apadana Higher Education Institute in 2020; Of these, 203 people were selected based on Cochran's formula by simple random sampling. Data collection tools are Carroll Social Responsibility Questionnaire (1991), Akbari E-Learning Quality Questionnaire (2012) and a researcher-made questionnaire on the performance of higher education in the Corona crisis.The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by convergence and content and the reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. SPSS 25 software was used for data analysis in the inferential section and LISREL 8.8 software was used for path analysis. Model fit indices such as GFI, RMSEA and X2 / df were equal to 0.96, 0.08 and 2.21, respectively, which indicate a very good fit of the model in the statistical population of the research.

Abstract

Focusing on one of the most important issues during the Corona pandemic, this article seeks to evaluate the challenges that existed in the media management of this crisis. Studying this issue is important in considering the importance of mass media's mission in representing the reality and making decisions to manage the crisis situation in pandemics. Due to the specific characteristics of crises, informing in these conditions faces serious challenges. In the Corona crisis, informing about this emerging virus and providing news related to Covid-19 was not an exception to this rule. One of the important issues about the Corona Virus was related to the issue of the vaccine as the most important ways to treat it.  Using the qualitative content analysis method, this article will analyze the way of providing information about the Covid-19 vaccine in domestic news agencies during the first year of the emergence of the Corona pandemic, i.e. from March 2018 to the end of 2019, coming to the conclusion that the information Reporting in the first year of the epidemic was accompanied by many crises such as lack of transparency, contradictions in the comments of officials, conflict of interests and multiple sources of information.

Abstract

Conflict is natural and a characteristic of all social organizations. In governmental and non-governmental organizations, they are always faced with the problem of differences between human resources (managers-employees) at the headquarters and line levels. This happens in cooperatives and companies for various reasons. Based on this, the leading research aims to investigate the sociological factors affecting the occurrence of our differences between the worker and the employer. The research method is quantitative (survey). The sample size is based on Cochran's formula and 384 people have been selected by random cluster sampling. Friedman's non-parametric test has been used to rank the indicators. Descriptive findings show that the average age of respondents is 38.57 years, 25% of respondents are female and 75% are male, 92.7% have insurance history and 7.3% are uninsured. The results of Friedman's test show that among the psychological factors (lack of motivation at work, stress on the part of the parties and being stressed while doing the job and being quick-tempered when problems arise), in the dimension of individual factors (lack of communication skills, lack of proper employee-employer interaction, excessive work procrastination), in terms of occupational factors (a large amount of work and little time to do it, constant abandonment of work by the worker and repetitive and monotonous work), in terms of economic factors (insufficient salary to solve personal and life problems, Lack of incentives and rewards commensurate with the performance of human resources, non-payment of benefits and bonuses on certain days), in the environmental factor dimension (lack of environmental order and discipline, not observing work safety, wet environment), in the organizational factor dimension (lack of work contract, settlements prematurely, short-term contracts), in the aspect of cultural factors (ignorance of religious duties, lack of attention to Islamic and social values), in the aspect of social factors (lack of feeling of group support, not observing social affairs, low trust between colleagues) in the occurrence of differences among the worker-employer has had the greatest role and influence.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the challenges and solutions to the aging crisis in Iran. A targeted theoretical sampling method was employed, analyzing 27 validated research documents and conducting 10 semi-structured interviews. Data analysis was conducted using thematic content analysis based on internal validity criteria and the qualitative software MAXQDA. To assess the validity of the research, a test-retest method was employed, and the results of the two codings were obtained using Holsti's method 0/91 Research findings are: 1-The aging crisis is characterized by: marginalization and neglect, de-status, meaninglessness and the emergence of a disillusioned class, feminization of aging, inflation of needs, accumulation of diseases, feelings of worthlessness, loneliness and depression, feelings of abandonment, existential anxiety, and explosive population growth. The exacerbation of the aging crisis stem from a multifaceted explanatory network with 18 elements, including: weakening of emotional support systems, the side effects of modernization, quantitative and qualitative changes in religiosity and the loss of religious support systems, reduced opportunities for participation of older adults in society, non-supportive representations of older adults in the cultural industry, and non-supportive urban planning patterns. The explanatory framework of the aging crisis, strategic recommendations and solutions are proposed in order.
