Abstract
Intergenerational private transfers as a component of intergenerational relations, defined as exchang of financial and nonfinancial rsources between different generations in the family. Financial transfers are known as supply of lifeycle deficit in the old and young ages and an important factor to fullfill needs in these stages of lifecycle. The aim of the study is to recognize composition of financial transfers between elderly parents and adult children, affecting factors and complication of transfers in the 22 municipal regions of the Tehran city. Required data gathered using a survey of 681 household heads who are 50 and over years old in the summer 1396. The results displayes that every household head transferred 6050 thousands Rials to his child and received 1680 Thousands Rials in the parent-child dyads level. Age profile of transfers displayed that parents’ transfers to children decreased and received transfers increased by the parents’ age. The results of statistical analysis shows that the most important determinants of transfers are income and needs and resources of two transfer parties as well as economic and socio-demographic characteristics. The results of the investigation also illustrates that transfer motivation is more consistent with the altruistic models.

Abstract
Elderly is an avoidable one, which pose with it issues and special needs at the level of urban societies. This article is provided to target of analyze the spatial pattern of distribution as well as demographic indicators of the elderly population in the neighborhoods of babol City. The research method of this study is descriptive-analytic and based on the purpose applied. The raw data of the article is extracted from statistical blocks of the babol city, which is provided to base on the census of 1390 Iran Statistics Center. To study the status of the elderlies in the 22 neighborhoods of babol city is used from Indexes of elderly ratio, elderly Dependency ratio, elderly Index and Aging Index. For spatial analysis of elderly population indexes using GIS software and have been used the methods of hot spots and Spatial autocorrelation of moran. By checking the age pyramid of babol city from 1355 to 1395, it was determined that has more elderly population ratio to lower age groups. All four of the studied indexes have more values in the level central neighborhoods than peripheral neighborhoods. Also, all four indexes have a cluster spatial pattern in the level city.

Abstract
The quantitative increase of the elderly and the ever-increasing consequences of aging have led to naming the first day of October every year as the International Day of the Elderly. The growth of the elderly population has many effects, and the health of the elderly in physical, mental, and social dimensions and the individual and social factors related to it are among the most important of these effects. In this regard, the present article has examined the relationship between the elderly's general health and the variables of self-care and social support in Yasouj city. The used method and the instrument to collect data are quantitative- survey and questionnaire respectively. The sample size is 259 individuals and the stratified random sampling proportional to the volume has been selected as the sampling method. Based on the results of the research, the average perceived health of the elderly in the dimensions of physical, mental and social health is higher than the average. The variables of Caring behavior and formal support are the most influential variables in the physical health dimension; the variables of informal support, formal support, caring behavior, women and the level of relationship with relatives are the most effective variables in the mental health dimension. The variables of informal support, caring behavior, formal support and the level of social relationship with relatives are the most influential variables in the dimension of social health of the elderly. Therefore, attention and differentiation of multiple dimensions of health and related variables are essential for doing scientific researches and social policy- makings.

Abstract
The present study aims to investigate the effect of structural variables such as the cycle of isolation, immobility and social depression taken place according to the socio-economic base of the elderly. This study was conducted on retired elderly people during the outbreak of Corona disease with the aim of analyzing the effects of the mentioned variables in pandemic conditions. The statistical population is related to the retired elderly in Ahvaz city during the last 5 years, of which 196 people were selected. The collected data were analyzed in the form of structural equations using pls-smart3 and spss software. The research findings showed that the impact of the entire socio-economic base on the variables; physical mobility (-0.378), mental mobility (-0.707), social exhaustion (0.422) and cycle of isolation (0.730). Also the effects of the total isolation cycle variable on the variables; mental mobility is (-0.488) and social depression (0.439), and the total effects of physical mobility on social depression were (-0.270). Therefore, the variable of continuation of the cycle of isolation predicts the level of social depression on the socio-economic status of the elderly (path coefficient (0.302). Socio-economic base affects the level of mobility on the physical dimension, but this influence on the mental dimension has not been confirmed. Also between the continuation of the cycle of isolation and social depression, the mental mobility variable plays a mediating role (0.265). Therefore, the results of this research can help improve the quality of life of the elderly in critical conditions and also help health and care organizations in planning and providing better services for this vulnerable group.
