Abstract

The main objective of this paper is to identify and evaluate women’s status in cultural policies and planning of the first to fifth development plan of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Two other objectives of the study are as follows: to evaluate the success of cultural plans and policies in development plans and to recognize the pattern of cultural policy and planning of the Islamic Republic about women.

The method of study is descriptive analytical method and data collection method is library-based. The unit of analysis is the first to fifth development plans of the Islamic Republic of Iran between 1989 and 2015. Data for this study were collected from primary and secondary sources. Primary sources include official government reports, especially the reports of the Management and Planning Organization, the Statistical Centre of Iran, Center for Women’s Participation, Plan and Budget Organization, the laws of development plans of the Islamic Republic and staff policies of the Cultural Revolution; and secondary sources include books and magazines.

The purpose of this research is to design and validate a model for implementation of environmental policy in Iran, which qualitative section with the help of methodology, the foundation or grounded theory of the researcher conducted in-depth interviews with 22 elites, managers and environmentalists in the country. The results based on the coding trials showed that out of 135 corresponding concepts, 26 subcategories were extracted that have a conceptual relationship with each other. In the axial coding step, all 11 subcategories were extracted from the axial categories, which were further abstracted These categories at the selective coding stage, a nuclear category, are described as "a successful implementation of environmental policy based on fictitious formulation based on the institutional and value-added alignment and coordination in which the development of environmental knowledge with the green management strategy and effective laws promote the development of a culture of life An environment becomes "that can be all over Cover other vlat. In the quantitative part that the extraction model is validated, the results of the constraining of the structural equation show that all of the extracted qualitative components have a direct and significant effect on the successful implementation of the country's environmental policy.

evaluation is one of the important levels of policymaking and scientific evaluation needs the related indicators. So the main goal of this article is compiling indicators for cinema economics in Iran. The used method is applied and analysis of second data. for compiling indicators documentary method is used and all indicators were collected from Iranian and other studies. the result list was sent to  the experts (by snowball method). finally Iran's cinema economics is analyzed by second data. interview and calculating are used for some data lacking. the results show cinema economics was not so successful in last decades. cinema income was in growing process but it was for inflation of ticket price and cinema goers was in reducing manner (in spite of late years decrease). therefore cinema GDP is very insignificant. occupation opportunities in cinema is depend to producing and cinemas
